He is supposed to have been the ancestor of two great Anglo-Norman baronial families, the Beaumonts and the HarcourtsBernard the Dane (French: Bernard le Danois) (c. 880 – before 960) was a Viking jarl (earl) of Danish origins.

Levi Weirick Hamilton was born September 05, 1836 in Liverpool, Perry Pa, and died January 17, 1911 in Liverpool, Perry Pa. He married Ellen Prisicilla Brookhart 1857 in Liverpool, Pa., daughter of John Brookhart and Eleanor Rider.
26. William Newton Hamilton
William Newton Hamilton was born July 17, 1867 in Liverpool, Pa., and died April 04, 1939 in Johnstown Pa.. He married Annie Elizabeth Horne March 14, 1899, daughter of Andrew Horne and Catherine Cook.
27. Harry Hamilton
Harry Albert Hamilton was born September 08, 1911 in Johnstown Pa., and died June 19, 1999 in Natrona Heights , Pa. He married Elda Mae Hunt December 24, 1938 in Johnstown Pa., daughter of Howard Hunt and Nannie Altemus.

  1. I am aware that somewhere among the Lairds of Cadzow there was a “non-paternal event.” However, that one of these Lairds of Cadzow raised a child that was not his own DNA is to his credit. Thus, I consider this whole line to be legitimate. A father is a father. DNA means squat. There is more to being a father than being a sperm donor. And, I am forever grateful that a man was kind enough to raise one of my ancestors, even though it was not his DNA.

  2. Based upon the DNA I am not even a Hamilton. This blog was likely a waste of my time, as it is not true.
